Client Services Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a personable and organized Client Services Associate to support client relationships, account activity, and day-to-day communication.

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide information about products and services, coordinate follow-ups, and help ensure a smooth experience throughout each interaction. You’ll also work closely with internal sales and account teams to keep client requests organized and identify opportunities to provide additional support.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a point of contact for new and existing clients
• Communicate with clients regarding products, services, account information, and current offerings
• Respond to client questions and provide accurate, timely information
• Learn individual client needs and help connect them with appropriate products or services
• Support new client onboarding and account setup
• Coordinate follow-up communication with clients
• Maintain regular contact regarding account needs and updates
• Assist with client meetings, appointments, and account-related communications
• Maintain accurate client information and interaction history
• Update account activity and client records within CRM systems
• Monitor open requests and coordinate next steps with internal teams
• Assist sales and account teams with client-related activities
• Prepare client materials and account information
• Gather client feedback and communicate relevant insights internally
• Identify recurring client needs and opportunities for additional support
• Help maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and reliable follow-through
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and operations teams to support client needs

Previous experience in client services, account management, sales, business development, hospitality, retail, marketing, or another client-facing environment is helpful but not required.
