Be the operational backbone of the firm: keep onboarding, account servicing, and client experience running flawlessly. As a Client Services Associate you will run the workflows that turn great advice into a great client experience: account opening, money movement, custodian operations, CRM maintenance, vendor management, and process improvement. You will work closely with advisors and leadership to find friction and remove it. The Impact Clients feel calm and confident knowing account setup, transfers, and money movement are handled accurately and on time. You protect the quality of every client experience by removing friction before it reaches the advisor. You help advisors spend more time serving clients and impacting our communities. You build trust and loyalty that strengthens client retention and the firm’s reputation. You make the entire operation more scalable by creating reliable, repeatable processes. What you'll do Own client onboarding end-to-end: account opening, transfers, and funding across custodians. Process money movement, distributions, and trade execution requests with precision and care. Maintain CRM and document systems so client data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. Partner with compliance on annual reviews, policies, and recordkeeping. Identify recurring pain points and build playbooks, templates, or automations to fix them. What we're looking for 5+ years as a Client Services Associate at an RIA, broker-dealer, custodian, or fintech. Hands-on experience with Schwab and Fidelity; familiarity with planning software (eMoney, Black Diamond) and CRM (Salesforce). Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Process-oriented mindset: you instinctively document, systematize, and improve.
