Job Title: Master Esthetician Location: Middleburg, VA We are looking for a skilled and licensed Master Esthetician to join our MedSpa team in Middleburg, VA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about advanced skincare, results‑driven treatments, and delivering a high level of care in a clinical setting. You will work closely with clients to assess their skin concerns, develop customized treatment plans, and perform professional‑grade services that enhance both confidence and results. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced skincare treatments such as chemical peels, facials, microneedling, and other medical‑grade services Conduct thorough skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare routines, post‑treatment care, and product recommendations Maintain accurate and detailed client records Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment Collaborate with medical providers and team members to deliver optimal client outcomes Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge Requirements Active Virginia Master Esthetician License (required) Experience in a med spa or advanced skincare setting preferred Strong knowledge of skin conditions, treatments, and skincare products Comfortable working in a clinical or medical spa environment Excellent communication and client consultation skills Professional, detail‑oriented, and client‑focused approach Preferred Qualifications Experience with medical‑grade skincare lines and devices Ability to recommend and upsell appropriate treatments and products Strong commitment to continued education in aesthetics #J-18808-Ljbffr Healing Home Healthcare
