Why Join Us Hands‑On Training for all experience levels National support with local expertise Mission‑driven focus on Resident experience (NPS) Collaborative team culture Responsibilities Oversee move‑ins and move‑outs, schedule property evaluations, and ensure seamless Resident transitions Document property conditions at move‑in and move‑out and coordinate any necessary follow‑up Coordinate Make‑Ready projects – repairs, cleanings, and services between turnovers Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to prep homes for new Residents Serve as primary point of contact for Residents during transition periods, answering questions and resolving concerns Collect Resident feedback to support NPS improvement Collaborate with Leasing Agents to share updates on property conditions and track progress for Landlord/Investor clients Maintain detailed digital and physical records for compliance and accountability Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Customer‑facing or project‑coordination experience a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks Clear communicator—verbal and written Tech‑savvy and comfortable with software tools and apps Locally based in Northern Virginia Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $18–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience Performance bonuses based on team and NPS performance Full‑time, 40 hours/week with occasional overtime paid at 1.5× Hybrid work model with field, remote tasks, and office collaboration Initial training (3 days/week in Gainesville, VA; 2 days/week in Alexandria office) Paid holidays (8) and additional PTO based on tenure Mileage reimbursement for field visits Opportunities for internal promotion and career growth Ready to Make an Impact?
