Ignite Education Solutions is hiring Personal Care Aides to work with students in t he Bellwood Antis School District. What are the hours like? Hours are based on school district schedules. Pay Range Starts at $15.50 per hour. Assist Students with Activities of Daily Living: Help students with personal hygiene tasks, including toileting, grooming, and dressing. Support students in mobility and transferring as needed. Provide Physical and Emotional Support: Assist students with physical disabilities in moving around the school, classrooms, and other facilities. Offer emotional support and encouragement to students facing challenges. Implement Individualized Care Plans: Follow individual care plans developed in collaboration with teachers, school nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure that the unique needs of each student are met. Support in the Classroom: Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to facilitate students' participation in classroom activities. Assist with instructional materials and adaptive equipment as required. Communication: Maintain open communication with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding students' progress and any concerns. Attend meetings with the educational team to discuss and update care plans. Encourage and empower students to develop and maintain independence in daily activities whenever possible.
