Litigation Paralegal, IP

Job Title: Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal (7+ Years Experience)

Location: Washington, DC Area (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $95,000–$160,000

Consilio's ELS Direct Hire Staffing Divisio n is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Paralega l to join a dynamic Practice Group. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with significant litigation experience and a background in intellectual property matters

This position is based in the Washington, DC area with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional in-office attendance as needed. Travel to trial locations may be required

• Provide litigation and trial support throughout all phases of complex IP litigation matter
• Create, organize, maintain, and manage litigation case file.
• Monitor litigation dockets, deadlines, and calendars using CompuLaw
• Prepare, proofread, cite-check, and file motions, briefs, memoranda, exhibits, and appendices for District Courts, Appellate Courts, the Federal Circuit, and the IT
• Manage electronic filings through CM/ECF, NextGen, and USITC EDIS system
• Conduct factual and legal research using tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, Docket Navigator, EDIS, and USPTO database
• Support discovery efforts, including document review and production using Relativity, IPRO, and other litigation support platform
• Coordinate and manage fact and expert discovery processed
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial
• Attend court and agency proceedings and provide on-site support to attorney
• Mentor junior paralegals and support special projects as assigned

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Paralegal Certificate preferred but not require

Minimu m 7 years of litigation paralegal experience

Experience supporting IP litigation matters in District Court, Federal Circuit, and/or ITC proceeding

Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, e-discovery, and document management processe

Working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure
