Part-Time Occupational Therapist - Patient-Centered Rehab
San Luis Valley Health
San Luis Valley Health is seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist in Alamosa, CO to join our Physical Therapy Team. The OT will evaluate, plan, direct and administer therapy as prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function following injury or disability. Requirements include Colorado OT license, CPR/BCLS, English proficiency, strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
