• 4-day work week with a 1:4 call rotation
• Weekend locum support to safeguard your time
• Additional compensation for any weekend call you take

Outstanding Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of up to $425,000
• Productivity and quality bonuses
• Current physician team earning up to $675k+
• $45,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
• $75,000 NHSC loan repayment eligibility
• 401(k) plan with employer matching
• 32 days of PTO annually
• FTCA malpractice coverage with no tail coverage required

Flexible Schedule:
Achieve a fulfilling work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a 1:4 call rotation. We further support your well-being by providing weekend Locum Tenens coverage so you can truly recharge. For weekends you do work, we offer Hospital Weekend Call Compensation as additional recognition for your commitment.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Completion of a U.S.-accredited OB/GYN residency
