Key Responsibilities Venue coordination Invitations and registration Vendor and catering arrangements Run-of-show development- Event materials and guest communications On-site support Collaborate closely with Development colleagues, the Marketing team, and partners across PBS North Carolina to ensure events are well organized, reflect the PBS North Carolina brand and mission. Provide a welcoming and meaningful experience for donors, prospects, sponsors, and community partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events.
