Qualifications:

• Active RBT license required
• Minimum one year of hands-on experience supporting children with behavioral needs in professional settings
• Preferred: At least two years of direct school-based experience
• Comfortable assisting students with toileting as needed
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavioral intervention plans under guidance from Behavior Analysts or school staff
• Collect, document, and monitor student data, reporting on behavioral progress
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce positive behaviors, social skills, and coping strategies
• Support classroom teachers and school therapists with behavioral modifications and classroom management
• Provide compassionate, consistent redirection and support for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and clinical teams
