**Required Experience and Skills:** - 3 years of experience required - Trauma Level I Experience: Required - Specific skills required: Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, Appendectomy, Arthroscopy, Bilateral tubal ligation, Cervical fusions, Cholecystectomy, Closed reduction of fractures, Colon resection, Colorectal Robotic Surgery, Craniotomy, Cystoscopy, Gastrointestinal robotic surgery, General OR, Gynecologic robotic surgery, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Insertion of VP shunt, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Laryngectomy, Lumbar fusion, Nephrectomy, Neurological robotic surgery, Open reduction of fractures, Orthopedic robotic surgery, Radical neck dissection, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Total joint replacement, Tracheostomy, Transurethral resection of the prostate, Trauma, Urologic robotic surgery, Whipple, XLIF, Level I trauma **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Scrub experience preferred **Certifications Required:** - BLS required - Additional certifications: ACLS*, PALS* **Licensure:** - IN-State License / Required Certs must be in hand to submit - License must be in hand prior to start date - Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation - 2 supervisor references required **Leadership Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience: None specified **Additional Qualifications:** - Must be well-rounded and current in most areas except Cardiovascular and Transplant - Circulate required - Charting System: Cerner preferred - Must work 2/3 major holidays - IN residents are considered local and offered in-state rate at lower bill rate - Travel experience not explicitly required - Floating is 100% required of all travelers **Additional Requirements for Submission:** - Social Security Number (SSN) required at time of submittal - Date of Birth (DOB) required at time of submittal - Background Policy disclosures may be needed prior to submission
