Title: Laboratory Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $89,947 - $106,183 Annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a - 5p
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least five years prior supervisory or managerial experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
- MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), HTL(ASCP) or CT(ASCP) required where technical or clinical testing is performed.
Responsibilities include managing the Clinical Laboratory's operations, including planning, budgeting, and evaluating programs, while ensuring efficient achievement of objectives. This role oversees daily operations, quality assurance, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance (CAP, TJC, OSHA). It also involves assisting with long-term plans, developing budgets, handling human resources activities, and performing clinical testing to maintain operations and uptime.
