Store Location 1036 Washington Ave #50 Holland MI 49423 What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations What We’re Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus) Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Qualifications 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
