The Assistant Project Manager will support field and office operations for a major multifamily development. This role is suited for someone who thrives on coordination, organization, problem-solving, and keeping project momentum moving. You will work closely with PMs, superintendents, subcontractors, design teams, inspectors, and ownership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager and field leadership from start to finish on ground-up multifamily construction.Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and reports.Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and coordination with architects and engineers.Assist with procurement, scheduling, delivery tracking, and trade coordination.Track inspections, reporting, and jurisdictional communications.Support budget and change order documentation.Assist with punch lists, warranty documents, closeout packages, and turnover materials.Use project management tools (Procore or similar) to keep information updated and flowing.Ensure communication between office, field, subcontractors, and design teams remains clear and timely.
