VOTED BEST CONTRACTOR TO WORK FOR IN THE EASTERN REGION – HVAC & Plumbing Magazine
NAMED BEST WORKPLACE IN VIRGINIA BY INC. 5000
The Opportunity
At AllTech Services, we don't hire dispatchers.
We hire problem solvers, strategists, communicators, and leaders.
For more than 20 years, we've built one of the most respected HVAC and Plumbing companies in Northern Virginia. With over 27,000 five-star reviews, industry-leading growth, and a culture built around our CARE values—Curiosity, Ambition, Responsibility, and Empathy—we're raising the bar for what a home service company can be.
Now we're looking for a Dispatcher to take a seat in Mission Control.
This isn't a job for someone who wants to simply move calls around a screen.
This is for someone who thrives under pressure, loves solving complex puzzles, and gets energized by helping a team win.
Every decision you make impacts technicians, customers, and the success of the entire operation.
No pressure.
Just an opportunity.
Why Top Performers Choose AllTech We Invest in Our People
You won't be left to figure things out on your own. Our leaders coach, mentor, and develop talent because we believe great people deserve great opportunities.

If you're looking for a place where you can learn, improve, and become the best version of yourself, you're in the right place.

Your Mission
As a Dispatcher, you are the nerve center of our operation.
Your mission is simple:
Get the right technician to the right customer at the right time—every single day.
You'll:
Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and leadership
Strategically manage the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
Anticipate challenges before they happen and adjust plans accordingly
Use your knowledge of Northern Virginia to create smart routing decisions
Balance customer expectations, technician strengths, and company goals
Think 2-3 moves ahead, just like a chess player
Keep work orders, schedules, and invoicing flowing smoothly through our technology platforms
Bring energy, professionalism, and positivity to Mission Control every day
Who We're Looking For
You might be the right fit if you:
Have 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services preferred)
Know Northern Virginia like the back of your hand
Stay calm when things get busy
Love solving problems and making quick decisions
Communicate clearly and confidently
Naturally think ahead instead of reacting behind
Believe teamwork wins championships
Embody Curiosity, Ambition, Responsibility, and Empathy
Fair Warning
This role isn't for everyone.
Some people want predictable.
Some people want easy.
We're looking for someone who wants impact.
Someone who takes pride in helping a team perform at a high level.
Someone who understands that when Mission Control runs smoothly, everyone wins—our technicians, our customers, and our company.
If that sounds like you, we want to talk.
Join Northern Virginia's Premier HVAC & Plumbing Team
Build a career with a company that expects excellence, invests in its people, and genuinely CAREs about your success.
