Description What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory assessments across various domainschemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as needed.
• Document all processes meticulously, mentor new team members, and assist in maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain ongoing certification throughout your tenure.
