Your Role

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondall while adhering to established best practices.
• Ensure accuracy in your analyses, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance as well as precise calibrations on laboratory equipment.
• Prepare samples for testing, assist in specimen collection, and maintain exceptional documentation standards.
• Train new laboratory staff or students, and uphold the highest quality standards necessitated for the lab's operational success.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe work environment while complying with both regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Educational Background

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree while preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• Achieve ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain relevant certification throughout your tenure.
