Job Description

Join a growing fabrication team building large aviation and emergency door frames. This role involves MIG welding, blueprint reading, metal fabrication, and assembling products to meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural, mild, and stainless steel using MIG/wire feed processes.

• Read blueprints and work orders to fabricate and assemble products.

• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.

• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Operate fabrication equipment and maintain a safe work area.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of welding experience.

• MIG welding experience required.

• Ability to read blueprints and use fabrication tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable and able to work in a team-oriented shop environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MANKATO, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
