Revenue & Billing Analyst - Third Party Analysis
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Reimbursement Analyst I to analyze payer data, identify reimbursement trends, and resolve billing issues. The hybrid role in North Carolina involves cross-functional collaboration to support revenue cycle operations through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison for payer reimbursement data, trends, and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve reimbursement issues affecting billing operations and cross-functional partners.
- Extract, model, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends and opportunities.
- Compile end-of-month financial and reimbursement reports; present findings to leadership.
- Support accounts receivable trending and projects for RCM subsidiaries with focus on reimbursement performance.
Requirements
- Two years reimbursement analysis experience with Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems
- Knowledge of payer reimbursement methodologies and claims outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Xifin experience preferred
