Lead Caregiver/Office Assistant

Lead Caregiver (In-Office) We are hiring for an in-office lead caregiver position. The role covers shifts as needed and includes assistance in the office when not in the field. This is a full-time, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm position. Responsibilities Cover callouts or open shifts to ensure client safety and health in their home. Provide personal care and engage clients in meaningful activities. Assist with mobility, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises. Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding. Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for clients. Provide respite services for families. Allow clients to live with respect and dignity in their own home. Answer and direct phone calls. Conduct in‑office drug tests and assist with onboarding new staff. Assist the recruiter with administrative tasks and appointment setting. Use Google Workspace tools to coordinate calendars, attend meetings, and manage documents or sheets. Maintain client privacy and security in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Passion to serve and help others live their best lives. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills. 2+ years of experience as an at‑home caregiver or in senior communities (preferred). Experience with office or clerical work. Ability to lift up to 25‑50 lbs occasionally. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
