Restaurant Director of Catering Responsibilities and Requirements:

Build sales pro-actively through marketing and community involvement
Put together and deliver orders initially
Strong organization and ability to follow up
Friendly and concise communication
Ability to build, develop and coach a team
Experience in building catering sales programs and use of CSM platform
Flexible schedule
Valid Driver's License and able to be insured
