Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Scheduling Coordinator to manage patient appointments and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality.
Communicate with patients regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

1. Appointment Management for Production:
Proactively schedule patient appointments to maximize productivity and optimize the dentist's schedule.
Assess scheduling patterns to ensure a balanced workflow and high utilization of dental resources.
2. Patient Communication:
Engage with patients to confirm appointments and explain the importance of timely visits for ongoing treatment plans.
Utilize automated reminders to reduce no-shows and maximize daily production.
3. Data Analysis for Scheduling Efficiency:
Monitor and analyze appointment trends and patient flow to identify areas for improvement in scheduling practices.
Implement strategies to increase patient retention and appointment frequency, enhancing overall production.

Shift & Schedule

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM -6 PM
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Weekend Work: One Saturday a month
