We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Pediatric Dental Reception Lead / Treatment Coordinator to join our expanding team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Requirements

• Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (1+ years)
• Open Dental

Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role
Knowledge of dental terminology and practice management software, preferably Open Dental
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset

Job Description

Responsibilities
Greet young patients and their families warmly, setting a positive tone for their visit
Manage multiple phone lines efficiently, handling scheduling, inquiries, and communication
Present treatment plans confidently, explaining payment options such as CareCredit
Process payments and manage patient check-ins and check-outs smoothly
Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and pre-authorizations to keep the office running seamlessly
Handle voicemail twice daily and conduct appointment confirmation calls
Update and maintain patient charts with accuracy and attention to detail
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and the dental team
Embrace ongoing learning and respond positively to feedback
