With more than: 1,500+ technology contracts negotiated 1,000+ technology selections 92 Net Promoter Score 70%+ returning clients Position Summary: Cornerstone Advisors is seeking a strategic and analytical Consultant to partner with clients across various industries to drive technology-enabled business transformation. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, analyze complex business challenges, and develop innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance growth, and achieve organizational objectives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities: Client Strategy & Advisory Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ technology systems, processes, and capabilities Develop tailored technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals Provide strategic recommendations including market entry, growth, operational restructuring, and risk mitigation initiatives Analyze financial statements, profitability metrics, and investment opportunities Technology & Operations Optimization Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance performance Design and implement innovative technology solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams Lead project execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment Establish KPIs and metrics to measure success and provide progress reporting Identify potential technology and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies Support organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to clients Build strong, collaborative relationships across client organizations Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends to deliver forward-thinking solutions Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical & Analytical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software Experience developing data-driven insights and recommendations Professional Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels High emotional intelligence and professionalism Exceptional attention to detail and time management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Ability to work independently and collaboratively Education & Experience: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business or related field; quantitative focus preferred Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving experience Experience working with complex data sets to inform strategic decisions Preferred Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in consulting or a related role Financial industry knowledge Strong strategic thinking capabilities EEO STATEMENT Cornerstone Advisors provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
