This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill neonates, including premature infants and high-risk deliveries. The position requires competent neonatal respiratory support, IV/central line management, medication administration, and neonatal monitoring, with an emphasis on compassionate, team-focused patient care. Job Details Position Description: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse responsible for neonatal resuscitation, respiratory support, feeding tube placement, IV/central line care, blood draws, phototherapy, medication/infusion administration, thermoregulation, and management of critically ill neonates. Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), recent NICU experience, including care of premature and critically ill neonates. Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
