Assembly Associate - 1st Shift

Pay: $17.75/hour

Shift: 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Overtime: As needed

Job Description:
We are seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This role involves assembling components in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and products according to work instructions
Use hand tools and basic equipment
Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
