K&M Tire is a family-owned wholesale tire distributor serving tire and automotive dealers throughout the Southeast since 1985. We distribute tires across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia, with locations in Hickory NC, Raleigh NC, Greenville NC, Richmond VA, and Walterboro SC.K&M Tire is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our Richmond, VA location. This position is the first point of contact for walk-in customers and plays a key role in day-to-day counter operations, hotshot delivery coordination, and general office support.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a smooth and professional pickup experienceVerify and process orders for customer pickupMaintain and coordinate the hotshot delivery program, ensuring timely dispatch and tracking of ordersAnswer phones and route calls as neededHandle general office duties including filing, data entry, and order documentationCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are pulled and ready for pickup or deliveryMaintain a clean, organized, and professional counter/front office areaResolve customer concerns professionally and promptlyQualificationsPrevious customer service or office experience preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and ability to learn internal systemsReliable, punctual, and professionalValid driver’s licenseExperience in the tire, automotive, or distribution industry is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay (based on experience and applicable skill)Stable, family-oriented work environmentHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental Insurance401k match 3% (after 1 year)Full-time position with consistent schedulePaid Time-Off (PTO)Paid Holidays (6)If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy providing great customer service in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
