Elementary High School School Speech Language Pathologist - Covington, Kentucky

Desired Qualifications: Valid Kentucky Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred Comfort working with students at different developmental stageselementary, middle, and high school Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse student needs Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions to students on caseloads spanning K-12 Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders; develop evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with educators and families to support IEP goals and generalization of skills Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports as required by school guidelines Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams Provide consultative support and training to teachers and staff regarding strategies for classroom communication This is an exciting contract position for an SLP passionate about supporting students growth and building professional experience in school settings.
