Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Kentucky
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and screen students to identify communication, speech, and language delays
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver targeted individual and group therapy sessions
• Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
• Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to share insights and progress
