We are seeking two talented and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students for the upcoming 26/27 academic year. This contract opportunity includes one full-time position for the entire school year, as well as a shorter-term maternity leave coverage (0.8 FTE) from August 19 to September 30.

Your strong clinical knowledge, adaptability, and commitment to helping children thrive will empower students to achieve their fullest potential in a supportive environment. If you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and have prior experience in school-based settings, this is a wonderful opportunity to contribute meaningfully to students, faculty, and the broader educational community.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license in Ohio and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience providing speech-language services in a school setting
• Skilled in IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about student success

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
• Partner with teachers and parents to support student learning and engagement
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities
