Two rewarding contract opportunities are available for the 26/27 school year: one full-time SLP to serve the entire year, and one covering a 0.8 FTE maternity leave from August 19 to September 30. Qualifications/Desired Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain required Ohio credentials
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to develop individualized education programs and provide direct therapy services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each student's goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment that supports all learners
