Position Overview Employment Type: Part Time. Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift. Location: MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center. Start Date: ASAP. Weeks: 13. Hours: 3x12. Gross Weekly Rate: $2664.00. What you will do Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions Apply standard elements of professional practice: assess, identify outcomes/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate Act independently and appropriately within license and scope of knowledge/experience in practice area Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes Collaborate with key stakeholders to contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities Embrace new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Valid RN licensure authorized in applicable state(s) of practice/employment Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience in specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health Required credentials for specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc).
