SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER

About Us Growing manufacturer/distributor of housewares, home and garden, automotive, and lighting products. We're looking for an experienced Senior Production manager to join our team and help keep our production operations running smoothly and efficiently. About the Role We're seeking a hands‑on production professional with at least 5 solid years of experience in a Production Manager or similar role. You'll coordinate production schedules, manage workflows across multiple product categories, and ensure quality and deadlines are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily production schedules across multiple product lines Partner with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Monitor production output for quality, consistency, and efficiency Troubleshoot production delays and resolve issues proactively Track inventory and materials needed for ongoing production runs Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and design teams What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager or in a senior production coordination role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Experience in housewares, home goods, or related consumer product categories a plus Excellent communication and vendor management skills Proficiency with production/inventory software (e.g., ERP systems) Looking for a professional with a history of stability and sustained tenure in previous roles.
