About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Global Sales to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Senior Vice President. This leadership role is pivotal in driving commercial execution across a global organization, extending the SVP's reach and effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating strategy into measurable business outcomes, driving accountability, and ensuring the organization remains focused on high-impact priorities. Key responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor on commercial strategy, preparing executive briefings, and driving the execution of global sales priorities. The role demands a leader with a strong background in enterprise sales, sales operations, or related executive leadership roles, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience and a strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, and global go-to-market organizations. The role requires exceptional business acumen, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence across functions and levels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and will have a proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve business outcomes.
