What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to neuro, stroke, vascular, and post-op patients
• Manage ventilator settings, ICU-specific equipment (Vents, ICP monitoring, Lumbar Drains)
• Perform invasive procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, and NIH evaluations
• Float between SCU, NCU, and CCU units, including occasional care for patients in the ED
• Assist with post-operative neurosurgery patients and manage complex ICU cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all safety and care protocols

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including neuro experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH
• Proficiency with ventilator management and invasive procedures

• Experience in neuro/stroke units or vascular/neurosurgery ICU settings
• Ability to float across multiple ICU units and ED settings with flexibility
