Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract position within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) setting in Gunnison, Colorado. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and high standards of daily nursing activities.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising nursing staff and ensuring that all patient care aligns with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This position is vital for maintaining the highest degree of total quality care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your assigned shift.
- Ensure all nursing activities are conducted in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of total quality care for all residents at all times.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Report to the Director of Nursing regarding facility operations and resident care as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care (LTC) environment.
