Business Development Manager - Home Care

Matrix Home Care is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our presence in key Florida markets. This person will be responsible for developing new referral relationships, growing existing partnerships and generating new business within their assigned territory. Miami based Market.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician practices, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, case managers, social workers and other referral sources.
• Develop new business and referral opportunities throughout the assigned market.
• Make regular in-person visits to referral partners and prospective accounts.
• Represent Matrix Home Care at local healthcare and community networking events.
• Manage the territory pipeline and follow up consistently on new opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership and operations to support growth and a strong experience for referral partners and clients.

What We're Looking For

• 3 5+ years of healthcare sales, business development or referral development experience.
• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Existing relationships within the local healthcare community are a plus.
• Proven ability to develop a territory, build relationships and generate new business.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned territory.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus commission, based on experience and market.
