Strategic FP&A Manager — Hands-On Finance Partner

West Palm Beach-based private equity backed company is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A activities and provide strategic recommendations to the C-Suite. This hands-on role requires deep understanding of the business and strong reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of finance experience, expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, P&L, and financial reporting, and is proficient in Power BI.
