The front desk receptionist will work closely with the front office team and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless communication and care delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding scheduled appointments, pending treatment, next visits.
• Develop and present clear, personalized treatment options that inspire confidence.
• Offer clear and affordable financing options to ensure treatment is accessible for all patients.
• Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and medical histories.
• Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Assist in developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Manage office tasks such as clerical duties, filing, and maintaining organized records.
• Process patient information with accuracy using 10-key typing skills for data entry.
• Support coding processes for insurance claims and billing purposes.
• Provide exceptional patient service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
