Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs

• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to inspect, adjust, and repair machinery.

• Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities or potential issues to appropriate personnel.

• Follow established maintenance procedures and safety protocols while working on mechanical and electrical systems.

• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage to ensure accurate maintenance records.

• Collaborate with production staff to schedule maintenance work that minimizes disruption and downtime.

• Assist with setup, adjustment, and optimization of machinery to support efficient production operations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
