RN Complex Case Manager: Care Coordination & Outcomes

Highmark Health

A leading health insurer is seeking a candidate to manage a panel of members' health needs. The ideal individual will assess these needs, develop care plans, and manage clinical interventions while ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates must have a High School Diploma (Bachelor's in Nursing preferred) and 7 years of experience in clinical or health insurance roles.
