We’re seeking a results-driven leader to oversee Woodglen Village , a multifamily, tax credit property in Memphis, TN, ensuring financial performance, operational excellence, and outstanding resident satisfaction.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years LIHTC property management experience – Required
HCCP certification preferred
Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance
Leadership skills to train, motivate, and guide leasing and maintenance teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience a plus)
Responsibilities
Maintain occupancy goals and property financial health
Ensure compliance with LIHTC and HUD regulations
Monitor delinquency and manage collections
Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality and curb appeal
Approve expenditures, manage budgets, and assist in hiring
Prepare and submit accurate reports on time
