Speech Pathologist (POOL) – Encompass Health A dedicated Speech Pathologist will evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. The role includes identifying issues and modifying therapy, tracking and documenting progress, and celebrating patient victories. Responsibilities Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans. Identify speech therapy issues and modify treatment when necessary. Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment. Celebrate patient victories and support ongoing communication goals. Qualifications Current state licensure or certification. Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
