The team offers diagnostic evaluations and autism assessments in all service states, guiding families through the process with clinical expertise. Through close collaboration with parents, caregivers, educators, and a dedicated team of BCBAs and RBTs, House of Hearts ABA delivers compassionate, high-integrity care that supports measurable progress. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Behavioral Therapist role based in Boston, MA. The Behavioral Therapist will implement individualized ABA treatment plans, provide direct one-on-one therapy to children and adolescents, and collect accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, adjusting interventions under BCBA supervision, and supporting clients across home, school, and community environments as needed. The role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care. The Behavioral Therapist will also participate in team meetings, maintain thorough documentation, and uphold ethical and professional standards aligned with best practices in ABA. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, including implementing behavior intervention plans and data collection. Candidates should possess solid foundations in Psychology and an understanding of developmental and behavioral needs of children and adolescents. Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should possess experience Working With Children, ideally in autism services, special education, or related therapeutic settings. Relevant certifications such as RBT credential or progress toward BCBA certification are highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field is preferred. Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow ethical guidelines, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
