What You'll Do

• Perform waived laboratory tests in various specialties such as Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation.
• Receive specimens from phlebotomists and couriers; operate delivery van as needed for STAT testing.
• Enter patient and test information into lab information system accurately.
• Monitor quality control, ensuring tests meet specified standards.
• Perform blood collection including venipuncture and capillary specimens.
• Troubleshoot issues with instruments, computers, and client concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of test results, QC data, and inventory.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

What You Need

• Valid license/certification to perform laboratory testing.
• Prior experience with waived testing procedures preferred.
• Ability to handle specimens safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile/remote environment.
