What you need to be successful in this role:

• Ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all aspects of our supply chain.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently pick products or put products away.
• Be able to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Protect confidential information and the integrity of the company.
• Occasionally required to perform moderate to heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs).
• The ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry is regularly required.
• Perform work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task, using effective time management skills to maximize productivity.
• Requires High School Diploma or GED degree. Preferred Associate Technical degree or higher.
• Two - five years warehouse experience.
• Management training or supervisory experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
