Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

Natera seeks an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to support oncology product sales and patient outcomes in the Las Vegas area. The role involves building customer relationships, monitoring patient test adherence, and collaborating with internal teams to drive unit growth and retention.
Responsibilities
- Grow, maintain, and support existing oncology customer accounts alongside assigned clinical specialist
- Monitor patient testing patterns to ensure adherence to oncologist-prescribed test protocols
- Build relationships with key oncology account personnel to facilitate unit growth and retention
- Educate medical professionals on Natera oncology products and order management tools
- Track and maintain key performance indicators related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 4+ years relevant experience
- Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or oncology nursing background
- Minimum 2 years medical sales experience as alternative qualification
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with strategic and tactical execution ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail with data spreadsheet fluency
- Ability to learn software systems quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments
