Enterprise Program Excellence Leader

Enterprise Program Excellence Leader (PMO) Excellent opportunity to join a global leader in life sciences and drive enterprise-wide PMO transformation across Manufacturing and R&D. This is a highly strategic role focused on standardizing program delivery, embedding best practices, and leading organizational change across global teams. Primary Responsibilities Lead enterprise PMO transformation and drive adoption of standardized project management practices. Improve governance, risk management, and project execution across global New Product Development programs. Partner with Portfolio Management and support critical programs when required. Implement and optimize PMO tools, processes, and KPIs. Candidate Qualifications 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in an enterprise environment. Background in biotechnology, medical devices, scientific instrumentation, or another regulated life sciences industry. Experience leading New Product Development programs and large-scale change initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile/Jira and enterprise PMO best practices. Salary / Benefits $110-145K base + 10% bonus.
