Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, and developing strategies that ensure fiscal responsibility and long-term organizational sustainability. The individual will analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, and provide leadership in budgeting and forecasting. Working closely with executives and other departments, the CFO will ensure compliance with financial regulations and enhance the organization’s financial performance. Qualifications Proven expertise in Financial Planning, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong background in Finance, including fiscal management and compliance Advanced Analytical Skills for financial modeling and decision-making Strong leadership and communication abilities to engage with executives, stakeholders, and team members collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA designation is a plus) Experience working with consulting or professional services firms in emergency management or similar industries is preferred Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Emergency Management Partners (EM Partners)
