Looking for a Monday-Friday office opportunity with steady daytime hours? Adecco is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a local client ! Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour Hours: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday Very limited overtime What You'll Be Doing: Answering phones and assisting customers by phone, email, and in person Record keeping and reporting Processing and applying customer payments Assisting with new account setup Supporting billing, bookkeeping, and clerical functions Assisting with bank deposit preparation Cross-training in Accounts Payable tasks Completing additional administrative projects as needed What We're Looking For: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail Strong math and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Experience with billing, bookkeeping, or agriculture is a plus!
